Board of Innovation seeks an AI Engineer to design and build production-grade AI systems for enterprise clients. You will own the full path from idea to deployment, including evaluation and observability.

You will work with engineers, strategists, and designers, bridging business problems with technical solutions in a consulting context. Strong emphasis on reliability and maintainability in fast-paced projects.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience shipping AI-powered systems in production.
• Strong in Python and modern LLM engineering patterns (agents, MCP, skills, tool use, retrieval, evals).
• Real software engineering background with attention to code quality and maintainability.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and ship AI systems that automate work and unlock new workflows for enterprise clients.
• Build multi-step agents and tool-using LLM systems integrated with data sources.
• Ensure observability, evaluation, and reliable operation in client environments.
