Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.
• 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, with rotating shifts.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Support consumers and business users, helping them navigate the platform and resolve issues quickly.
• Assist with billing and invoicing queries.
• Troubleshoot account access and login issues.
• Guide users on how to use AI products and features.
