Qualifications
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.
- 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, with rotating shifts.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.
Responsibilities
- Supporting customers with billing and invoicing queries.
- Troubleshooting account access and login issues.
- Guiding users on how to use AI products and features.
- Providing support via email, chat, and telephone.
