Qualifications

• 8+ лет профессионального опыта разработки ПО, включая руководящие обязанности
• Опыт проектирования, сборки и внедрения AI-агентов в продакшн
• Опыт оркестрации агентов, инструментов, контекстной инженерии, MCP-серверов
• Уверенное владение Python и TypeScript
• Сильный бэкграунд в Platform Engineering, DevOps и CI/CD
• Опыт работы с облачными инфраструктурами (GCP/Azure/AWS)
• Опыт IaC, в частности Terraform

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и внедрять агентские рабочие процессы, инструменты и автоматизацию в SDLC
• Разрабатывать и интегрировать производственные AI-агентов с оркестрацией, использованием инструментов и контекстной инженерией
• Строить фреймворки оценки, страховые механизмы качества и мониторинга поведения агентов
• Проектировать и оптимизировать CI/CD пайплайны, инфраструктурную автоматизацию и инструменты для разработчиков
• Интегрировать AI-воркфлоу с Enterprise-платформами (Jira, системы контроля версий, CI/CD)
• Развивать масштабируемые возможности платформы для безопасного использования AI-разработчиками
• Повышать качество опыта разработчиков, продуктивность и надежность поставки ПО
• Разрабатывать повторяемые компоненты, API, CLI и рабочие процессы для AI-ускоряемых процессов
• Внедрять наблюдаемость и операционные контроллы для продакшн-агентов
• Оценивать новые AI-технологии и определять их применимость в корпоративной среде
• Сотрудничать с командами Software Engineering, Platform, DevOps, архитектуры и продукта
• Выступать техническим референсом по агентному инжинирингу и вносить вклад в архитектуру платформы
• Выявлять узкие места в SDLC и внедрять автоматизацию для роста продуктивности

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a Senior AI Platform Engineer . As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling an AI-driven engineering platform that improves developer productivity across the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Design and implement agentic development workflows, tools, and automation across the SDLC
• Develop and integrate production-ready AI Agents using orchestration, tool use, MCP, and context engineering
• Build evaluation frameworks, guardrails, automated quality checks, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure reliable agent behavior
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and developer tooling
• Integrate AI-powered workflows with enterprise engineering platforms, including Jira, source control systems, and CI/CD platforms
• Build scalable platform capabilities that enable engineering teams to safely adopt AI-assisted development
• Improve developer experience, engineering productivity, reliability, and software delivery efficiency
• Develop reusable components, APIs, CLIs, and workflow automation for AI-enabled engineering processes
• Implement observability and operational controls for production AI agents
• Evaluate emerging agentic AI technologies and determine their suitability for enterprise production environments
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Platform, DevOps, Architecture, and Product teams on technical decisions
• Act as a technical reference for agentic engineering and contribute to platform architecture decisions
• Identify bottlenecks across the SDLC and implement automation that delivers measurable productivity improvements

Требования:

• Minimum of 8 years of professional Software Engineering experience, including senior or technical leadership responsibilities
• Proven hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI Agents in real-world production environments
• Strong experience with agent orchestration, tool use, context engineering, MCP servers, and agent evaluation
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
• Strong background in Platform Engineering, DevOps, and CI/CD
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP or equivalent platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform or equivalent technologies
• Experience developing internal developer platforms, CLIs, workflow engines, or engineering automation solutions
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production operations
• Hands-on experience using agentic coding tools as part of day-to-day software engineering
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently evaluate technical alternatives and drive implementation
• Ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
