Job summary

LUZA Group ищет опытного инженера-программиста для разработки и интеграции агентных рабочих процессов и инструментов. Ваша задача — строить и улучшать CI/CD пайплайны, инфраструктуру и инструменты для разработки, обеспечивая надежность и высокую производительность команд.

Кандидат должен иметь значительный опыт в Platform Engineering, DevOps и разработки на Python/TypeScript, а также умение работать автономно и брать техническую ответственность.

Qualifications

• 8+ лет опыта разработки ПО, включая старшие/ведущие роли.
• Опыт развертывания AI‑агентов в продакшене; оркестрация, MCP, оценочные рамки.
• Сильная база Platform Engineering, DevOps и CI/CD.
• Python и TypeScript; знание Kotlin/Go/Rust приветствуется.
• Опыт работы с облачной инфраструктурой (GCP или аналог) и IaC (Terraform).
• Опыт разработки внутренних платформ, CLI или движков рабочих процессов.
• Глубокое понимание SDLC и продуктивности разработчика.
• Практический опыт работы с агентно-ориентированными инструментами.
• Отличные проблемы-решения, ответственность и автономность.
• Будет плюсом: знание Kotlin/Go/Rust.

Responsibilities

• Разработать и внедрить рабочие процессы и инструменты агентной разработки.
• Разрабатывать и интегрировать AI‑агентов, включая оркестрацию и контекст-инженерию.
• Внедрять рамки оценки, guardrails и проверки качества.
• Строить и оптимизировать CI/CD пайплайны и инфраструктуру.
• Интегрировать AI‑рабочие процессы с Jira, системами контроля версий и CI.
• Повышать эффективность разработки, надежность и опыт разработчика.

• Design and build agentic development workflows, tools, and automation across the SDLC.
• Develop and integrate AI agents, including orchestration, tool use, MCP servers, and context engineering.
• Implement evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and quality checks to ensure reliable agent outputs.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and developer tooling.
• Integrate AI-powered workflows with enterprise systems, including Jira, source control, and CI platforms.
• Improve engineering efficiency, reliability, and developer experience.

Требования

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including senior or lead-level responsibilities.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI agents in production environments, including orchestration, MCP, and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong background in Platform Engineering, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript; familiarity with Kotlin, Go, or Rust is a plus.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP or equivalent) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
• Experience developing internal developer platforms, CLIs, or workflow engines.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end SDLC and developer productivity practices.
• Hands-on experience using agentic coding tools in day-to-day software development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, technical ownership, and ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision.
