A DataSmart, empresa portuguesa de consultoria, está à procura de um Senior AI Platform Engineer para liderar a construção e orquestração de plataformas de IA. O candidato ideal possui experiência prática com agentes de IA em produção, pipelines de CI/CD e infraestrutura em nuvem (GCP) e fala inglês técnico.

Competenze

• Mais de 8 anos em engenharia de software, com experiência sênior ou de liderança.
• Experiência prática em construir e implantar agentes de IA em produção, incluindo orquestração de agentes, MCP e estruturas de avaliação.
• Fortes conhecimentos em Platform Engineering, DevOps e CI/CD.
• Proficiência em Python e TypeScript.
• Experiência com infraestrutura em nuvem (preferencialmente GCP) e IaC com Terraform.
• Experiência em plataformas para desenvolvedores, CLIs ou motores de workflows.
• Compreensão completa do SDLC e práticas de produtividade de desenvolvedores.
• Experiência prática com ferramentas de codificação orientadas a agentes no dia a dia.
• Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas, propriedade técnica e capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma.
• Inglês nível C1 ou superior, escrito e falado.
• Disponibilidade para trabalhar em modelo híbrido em Lisboa, Braga ou Coimbra.
• É desejável: Kotlin, Go ou Rust.

• Desenhar e desenvolver fluxos de trabalho agentic, ferramentas e automação ao longo do SDLC.
• Construir, integrar e orquestrar agentes de IA, utilizando uso de ferramentas, MCP, e engenharia de contexto.
• Implementar quadros de avaliação, salvaguardas e verificações de qualidade para outputs confiáveis.
• Construir e otimizar pipelines CI/CD, automação de infraestrutura e ferramentas internas de desenvolvimento.
• Integrar fluxos de IA com sistemas empresariais, incluindo Jira, controle de versões, e ferramentas CI/CD.
• Desenvolver e melhorar plataformas internas de desenvolvedores, CLIs e motores de workflow.
• Melhorar a eficiência de engenharia, confiabilidade de software e experiência do desenvolvedor.

Задачи:

• Design and develop agentic workflows, tools, and automation across the SDLC.
• Build, integrate, and orchestrate AI agents, leveraging tool use, MCP servers, and context engineering.
• Implement evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and quality checks to ensure reliable AI-generated outputs.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and internal developer tooling.
• Integrate AI-powered workflows with enterprise systems, including Jira, source control platforms, and CI/CD tools.
• Develop and enhance internal developer platforms, CLIs, and workflow engines.
• Improve engineering efficiency, software reliability, and the overall developer experience.
• Take ownership of complex technical challenges, evaluate alternative approaches, and drive implementation independently.

Требования:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including senior or lead-level responsibilities.
• Proven hands‑on experience building and deploying AI agents in production, including agent orchestration, MCP, and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong background in Platform Engineering, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), using Terraform or similar tools.
• Experience developing internal developer platforms, command-line interfaces (CLIs), or workflow engines.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end SDLC and developer productivity practices.
• Hands‑on experience using agentic coding tools in day‑to‑day software development.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, technical ownership, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra.
