Описание:

Building and scaling of an AI-driven engineering platform that lifts developer productivity across the software development lifecycle. Design and development of AI agents and agentic workflows, from orchestration and MCP servers to evaluation frameworks, guardrails and CI/CD automation, integrated with enterprise systems such as Jira, source control and CI platforms. Highly autonomous profile, taking ownership of complex technical challenges and driving delivery independently.

Требования:

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering, including time in senior or lead roles
• Proven track record building and deploying AI agents in production, covering orchestration, MCP and evaluation frameworks, beyond proofs of concept
• Solid grounding in Platform Engineering, DevOps and CI/CD
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
• Cloud infrastructure experience, with GCP or equivalent, and Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or similar
• Development of internal developer platforms, CLIs or workflow engines
• Command of the end-to-end SDLC and developer productivity practices
• Daily hands-on work with agentic coding tools in software development
• Fluent English
• Sharp problem-solving skills, technical ownership and capacity to work independently with minimal oversight
• Будет плюсом: Familiarity with Kotlin, Go or Rust; Practice with Cursor, Claude Code or comparable AI development tools; Background in knowledge graphs, static analysis or code intelligence tooling; BDD and Cucumber, contract testing or mobile test automation with Maestro; Track record of boosting engineering productivity through large-scale automation
