Job summary

CodeWin is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive AI-enabled software projects and platform initiatives. You will contribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, work with Python, TypeScript, GCP and Terraform, and help automate internal platforms and workflows.

Fluency in English is required, and a hybrid schedule includes 1 day per week in Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra. The role demands autonomy, problem-solving, and technical responsibility, with the chance to grow within a multinational group and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering (Senior/Lead).
• Experience with AI agents in production, MCP and orchestration.
• Solid knowledge of Platform Engineering, DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, GCP and Terraform.
• Experience with internal platforms, CLI and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted programming tools.
• Autonomy, problem-solving skills and technical responsibility.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Hybrid work model with 1x per week in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra.
