CB Talents SP in Lisbon is seeking Operations Customer Experts to support users across multiple channels, including billing and account access. You will guide clients on state-of-the-art AI tools and troubleshoot platform issues to ensure excellent service.

The role offers a 12-month renewable contract, full-time schedule (40 hours/week) on a 7-day rotating shift, and extensive relocation support including free accommodation and travel. Training is paid and local benefits are included.

Qualificações

• Citizenship: EU or valid European work permit.
• English proficiency at advanced/C1-C2 level.
• Strong interest in AI and helping customers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support across multiple channels for consumer and business users.
• Guide and train clients on utilizing AI tools.
• Identify and resolve platform issues to deliver high-quality service.
