Puffy, a nine-figure D2C brand and top US mattress company, seeks a CRO Content Manager, AI-First to own brand narrative and conversion content strategy. You will craft messaging across PDPs and landing pages, build AI workflows, and develop copywriters while reporting to the VP – Digital Experience & Conversion.

• Own brand voice and messaging strategy across PDPs and landing pages.
• Build and maintain AI-powered content workflows and standards.
• Collaborate with CRO, Design, and Email teams to align messaging and testing.
• Lead and coach content writers to deliver high-quality output independent of supervision.
