Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading, nine-figure D2C brand, is hiring a Marketing Manager, AI-First, to own the path from consumer insight to campaign, covering consumer research, campaign strategy, AI-assisted briefs and scripts, and selected strategic partnerships, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. This role is an individual contributor position open to candidates located in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years with D2C brands.
• Ability to develop performance marketing ideas informed by consumer insights.
• Understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google) and Demand Gen.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into messaging for campaigns.
• Experience with AI tools for research, ideation, and script development.
• Ability to work independently and own assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Turn research into campaigns by developing briefs and scripts that connect customer needs with product benefits.
• Own the briefs, concepts, and ad scripts for AI video generation, design, and content teams.
• Collaborate with paid channels to bring finished assets to market and feed performance back into iterations.
• Manage exclusive strategic affiliate partnerships and coordinate partner activities.
