Mosano is seeking a mid-senior AI Growth Marketer to accelerate growth with an AI-native approach. This hybrid role blends marketing, growth and technical work—you will run campaigns and ship AI-powered landing pages and content with vibe coding.

You’ll own growth end-to-end, analyzing data and iterating on strategies using generative AI tools, SEO, and creative assets to expand Mosano’s reach. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

Qualificações

• Proven track record in digital marketing or growth.
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics and marketing metrics.
• Hands-on with generative AI tools for content and assets.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of digital marketing campaigns from concept to measurement.
• Analyse data to surface opportunities and drive data-backed decisions.
• Implement growth strategies to improve visibility in searches and AI-generated answers.
• Run growth initiatives on Reddit, forums, directories and portals to boost brand awareness and indexation.
• Build landing pages and sites with AI tools and vibe coding.
• Produce digital content with AI, keeping Mosano’s identity consistent.
