Sword Health, Inc. is seeking a highly technical Marketing Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and automation backbone of the B2B marketing engine in Portugal.

You will architect the marketing stack, translate business needs into robust configurations, and manage data pipelines to drive measurable impact. You will collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Data teams, building AI-powered workflows and internal tools.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience configuring and administering HubSpot and/or Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Analytics & Funnel Ownership: own B2B marketing data pipelines, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Automations & Internal Tooling: build intelligent workflows with n8n, Clay, and Claude Code.
