Sword Health in Porto, Portugal, seeks a Marketing Ops Lead to own the systems, data, and automation backbone of our B2B Marketing engine. You will architect the marketing tech stack, implement robust configurations, and build AI-driven workflows to boost productivity.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Data teams to ensure tool adoption and measurable impact, with visa sponsorship and a remote work allowance mentioned.

Qualificações

• Expertly configure and administer HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Experience building multi-step automations with iPaaS tools (Zapier, Make, or n8n).
• Strong SQL, BI tools, and marketing attribution skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own data pipelines, dashboards, and marketing analytics across the funnel.
• Administer Marketing Automation and CRM, manage campaigns and lists.
• Configure web properties (Storyblok) for seamless data flow to CRM.
• Build AI-powered workflows and act as product owner for internal AI tools.
