Dragonboat, a leading AI-powered product portfolio platform, is seeking a Revenue Marketing Lead in Portugal to own pipeline generation end-to-end. You will collaborate with senior leadership, product marketing, and sales to translate positioning into scalable programs that drive revenue.

This role blends strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment. You will build and run multi-channel programs, leverage AI-driven personalization, and run experiments to optimize outcomes.

Qualificações

• 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or AI.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline or revenue (not just leads).
• Experience working in a sales-led motion, ideally with mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Builder mindset with ability to create programs from scratch and test new ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Own pipeline generation across inbound and outbound channels.
• Turn Dragonboat’s positioning into campaigns, outbound narratives, and paid/organic programs.
• Design and run rapid experiments across channels, audiences, and offers.
• Leverage AI tools to scale personalization, content, and campaign velocity.
• Build repeatable growth systems and scalable playbooks for pipeline generation and campaign execution.
