WTW seeks an AI & Automation Specialist in Lisbon to support development and adoption of AI-enabled solutions for bid management and broader sales functions. You translate operational challenges into practical AI-driven improvements and assist the bid management community with knowledge content and tools.

You will help maintain content repositories, provide practical guidance and training, and ensure data protection and quality standards while collaborating with bid managers and Sales

Qualifications

• Around two years’ relevant experience in a business, technology, operations or professional services environment.
• Interest in AI and automation with a practical understanding of prompts, testing, limitations and human oversight.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to organise information, investigate issues and suggest improvements.
• Awareness of responsible AI, data protection and information security, willingness to learn and follow policies and controls.
• Good organisational skills, ability to manage tasks, deadlines and priorities, with flexibility.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proactive, curious and collaborative with willingness to experiment and learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in testing, documentation and quality checks.
• Exposure to bid management, sales enablement or knowledge management is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Identify and assess opportunities to apply AI, automation across bid management and the wider sales function.
• Develop AI and automation solutions for bid management and broader sales needs.
• Follow policies and data protection requirements to support safe use of AI; escalate issues as needed.
• Gather feedback from bid management and sales users to drive improvements.
• Prepare guidance, training materials and communications; help colleagues use tools confidently.
• Maintain European repositories of approved bid content, templates and resources; perform routine content updates.
