Job summary

Allianz Services Portugal seeks a results-driven leader to oversee the operational delivery, governance and continuous improvement of the Corporate Rule Book (CRBK) Platform. You will act as the key interface between Legal Functions, Operating Entities, technology partners and external vendors to ensure platform adoption and lifecycle management of corporate rules.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise platform operations and service management.
• Experience onboarding, migrations, or transformations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management across legal, business and technology functions.
• Familiarity with content management and information governance platforms; experience with Corlytics/Archer/OneTrust is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day platform operations including administration, access management, configuration, incident coordination, and vendor interactions.
• Drive onboarding of new Operating Entities onto the platform and coordinate migrations.
• Oversee the corporate rule content lifecycle from authoring to publishing and maintenance.
• Serve as operational interface between legal, technology partners, and the platform vendor.
• Champion AI-enabled capabilities and drive process optimization using platform KPIs and user feedback.
