Bain & Company in Lisbon seeks a strategic thinker to join the Product, Practice & Knowledge team across Capital Projects Acceleration and Engineering & R&D. You will help build diagnostics, tools, and IP used across two growing practices, and support go-to-market and client enablement.

You’ll work with senior leaders, collaborate across markets, and coach junior colleagues while shaping new offerings at the intersection of strategy, AI, and engineering execution.

Qualificações

• Experience translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to drive workstreams from start to finish with limited oversight.
• Curiosity and technical aptitude in capital projects and engineering/R&D.
• Proven collaboration across teams in a global environment.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Build and refresh diagnostics, tools, sales plays, benchmarks, and points of view across two practices.
• Develop expertise in schedule acceleration, operating models, risk, and engineering productivity.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, and analysis, and build AI-enabled tools.
• Work with Knowledge Management to codify field learnings into the knowledge base.
• Help case teams apply IP to client situations and deliver onboarding and bootcamps.
• Coordinate with specialists and affiliates to maximize value for clients.
• Develop proposals and go-to-market content to support priority pursuits.
• Build awareness of IP internally and with partners; capture win/loss insights.
• Coach junior team members and model collaboration and professionalism.
