Decskill, part of the Astek Group with a strong Lisbon presence, is seeking an AI DevOps professional to drive generative AI adoption in software teams. You will design AI agents across the SDLC, build on GCP, and develop Forge apps for Jira/Confluence.

The role emphasizes cost control, governance and enterprise-scale integration. You will collaborate with IT and engineering, leverage LangChain and related frameworks, and ensure robust CI/CD and security practices while staying ahead of AI

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) including prompt engineering and evaluation.
• Experience optimizing token usage and controlling costs in Generative AI.
• Hands-on with GCP AI and Agent Platform services.
• Experience building autonomous multi-agent systems for software engineering.
• Proficiency creating Atlassian Forge apps for Jira and Confluence.
• Experience integrating AI with APIs, cloud services and DevOps toolchains.
• Familiar with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI or equivalents.
• Proficient in GitHub ecosystem including Copilot, AI Agents and workflows.
• Strong software engineering basics, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, DevSecOps.
• Experience in large enterprise environments; English fluency.

• Optimize token usage and manage Generative AI costs.
• Define and monitor adoption, productivity and ROI metrics.
• Promote best practices for Generative AI adoption across teams.
• Produce technical docs, implementation guides and knowledge sessions.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed AI in software workflows.
• Leverage GitHub tools to boost developer productivity and automation.
• Stay current with Generative AI advancements and new technologies.

We are looking for a AI DevOps!

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and continuously improve AI agents to support the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, development, testing, documentation, code review, and operations.
• Define and implement scalable Agentic AI architectures using Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.
• Develop autonomous and multi-agent solutions using the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Agent Platform.
• Build and maintain custom Atlassian Forge applications (Node.js and React) integrated with Jira and Confluence.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms, cloud services, APIs, and DevOps toolchains.
• Optimize LLM token consumption and manage operational costs for Generative AI solutions.
• Define and monitor adoption, productivity, and ROI metrics for AI-driven solutions.
• Promote best practices for Generative AI adoption across engineering teams.
• Produce technical documentation, implementation guides, and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate AI capabilities into modern software engineering workflows.
• Leverage GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and GitHub Agents to enhance developer productivity and automation.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies across the organization.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), including architecture, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine‑tuning, and model evaluation.
• Proven experience optimizing token usage and controlling costs in Generative AI solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly AI and Agent Platform services.
• Experience developing autonomous and multi-agent systems to support software engineering processes.
• Experience developing Atlassian Forge applications using Node.js and React for Jira and Confluence.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent.
• Experience with GitHub, including GitHub Copilot, GitHub AI Agents, and GitHub‑based development workflows.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, cloud‑native architectures, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Cloud certifications (Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure) are highly valued.
• Experience supporting digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives across engineering organizations.
• Good level of spoken and written English.
