Decskill is growing and seeking an AI/RPA Developer to join our Intelligent Automation team. You will design, develop, test and deploy RPA robots, and build Generative AI integrations with APIs, collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver reliable automation.

Based in Portugal with a hybrid model, you will work with Blue Prism, UiPath and Automation Anywhere, using C#, .NET, Python and Kubernetes in multicultural projects across Europe.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Experience with Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with GenAI, NLP, RAG or ML projects.
• Hands-on development with C# / .NET, Python, NoSQL, Angular or Java.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and related technologies.
• Good communication and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• English proficiency is required.

We are looking for an AI/RPA Developer!

Mission: As part of an Intelligent Automation team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying RPA solutions, while also contributing to the development and integration of Generative AI solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver reliable, high-quality automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test and implement RPA robots interacting with multiple third-party applications.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions using APIs.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing RPA workflows.
• Test, monitor and evaluate automation and AI solutions.
• Collect and analyse business requirements and associated functional documentation.
• Ensure the reliability, performance and quality of delivered solutions.
• Continuously improve software development practices and processes.
• Collaborate with different technical disciplines to achieve project goals.
• Contribute to the adoption of best practices across software development and intelligent automation.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing automation processes through AI and RPA.
• Work effectively within a multicultural and collaborative team in a hybrid environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Experience with one of the leading RPA platforms:
• Blue Prism Highly recommended
• Automation Anywhere
• UiPath
• Experience or involvement in AI-related projects, including GenAI, RAG, NLP or Machine Learning.
• Previous development experience with technologies such as: C# / .NET, Python, NoSQL, Angular, Java.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with CI tools and Git.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and related technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and hybrid environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Focus on reliability and quality of deliverables.
• Good level of English.
