Decskill, an IT consulting company with over 10 years in the market, operates from Lisbon, Porto, and Madrid and is part of the Astek Group, offering an international context with long-term growth opportunities.

We are growing and seeking talented AI engineers and engineering leaders who will own and deliver Agentic AI and Generative AI initiatives, architect scalable solutions, mentor teams, and collaborate across international settings. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading Agentic AI and Generative AI engineering initiatives, with hands-on development and technical ownership.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Kotlin, following software engineering best practices and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering Generative AI and LLM-based solutions in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, structured outputs, and tool/function calling.
• Practical experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, Microsoft Agent Framework, or similar.
• Experience designing scalable and reliable agent architectures, including orchestration, tool integration, memory, guardrails, observability, error handling, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, vector databases, Azure AI Search, or similar search technologies.
• Strong experience with cloud-native development using Azure, AWS, or GCP, including APIs, integrations, and scalable services.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, deployment automation, GitHub/GitLab workflows, and code reviews.
• Strong understanding of AI Security and Responsible AI, including data protection, AI risk management, compliance, and secure AI design.
• Experience defining technical standards, reusable patterns, and architectural guidelines, as well as mentoring and supporting development teams.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within international and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate complex technical and architectural concepts clearly.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is a plus.

Requirements
