Decskill is seeking a Senior AI Mastermind Architect to define AI strategy and deliver end-to-end AI systems in a hybrid work model. You will shape software architectures for ML and Generative AI, build production-ready pipelines, and align with business goals.

The role requires 7+ years of experience in software architecture, strong AI/ML knowledge, and hands-on experience with LLMs. English fluency is mandatory for international collaboration.

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, digital platforms, technology architecture, or large-scale technology delivery.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).

We would like an AI Mastermind Architect for a project with a hybrid working model.

This is a senior architecture role for an experienced technology professional who will help shape how software is designed, built, and operated in an AI-native environment.

What You'll Do:

• Define and drive AI and technology strategies aligned with business and software engineering objectives.
• Architect and deliver end-to-end AI systems and pipelines, transforming complex requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Design architectures for Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI applications.
• Develop, fine-tune, and operationalise AI/ML models for production environments.
• Design and implement robust MLOps and AIOps practices, including automated training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines for AI and ML workloads, ensuring reliable and repeatable delivery.
• Evaluate and optimise AI models and services for performance, accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and identify appropriate applied usage patterns for enterprise environments.
• Define approaches for model evaluation, comparison, output validation, and AI guardrails.
• Establish AI observability and monitoring practices covering model and system performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data specialists, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Balance innovation, technical feasibility, risk, security, privacy, and cost when designing AI solutions.
• Contribute to the definition of AI engineering standards, reusable architectures, and best practices.
• Support the adoption of cloud-based AI technologies and services in large-scale environments.
• Drive continuous improvement of AI development and operational practices.
• Act as a technical bridge between business strategy, technology architecture, engineering teams, and AI capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and help teams adopt new AI-native engineering paradigms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, digital platforms, technology architecture, or large-scale technology delivery.
• Experience defining or executing AI or technology strategies in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
• Practical experience designing and delivering production AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of MLOps and AI lifecycle management.
• Experience with model monitoring and observability.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering and DevOps practices.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong architectural and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Experience with AWS and cloud-based AI/ML services.
• Experience with AI model comparison and evaluation.
• Knowledge of AI security and privacy.

• Willingness to support production systems outside standard working hours when required.
