Decskill is growing its Application Support & DevOps team. We seek a senior developer who can build and maintain conversational AI applications, orchestrate data pipelines with Airflow, and drive DevOps practices across regions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international context, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to reliable AI deployments. The role emphasizes REST API automation, RAG-driven search, and secure, scalable deployments using Docker/Kubernetes

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software development experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience building, automating, and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience designing data pipelines using Airflow.
• Experience with RAG, Elasticsearch, or similar search technologies.
• Proficient with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD).
• Experience with DevOps, MLOps, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.

We are looking for an Application Support & DevOps!

Responsabilities:

• Develop, maintain, and support conversational AI solutions and use cases.
• Contribute to both operational support and enhancement activities for AI applications.
• Collaborate with technical leads, product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Develop and integrate APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and data pipelines.
• Onboard new use cases and support deployment across multiple business units or regions.
• Create and manage technical environments for new implementations.
• Develop onboarding documentation, technical guides, and deployment playbooks.
• Provide technical support for AI applications and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor conversational AI applications, investigate incidents, and ensure service reliability.
• Collaborate with DevOps, MLOps, Data Engineering, QA, and Security teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
• Support the integration of new AI technologies and tools.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Identify and address technical debt to improve maintainability.
• Monitor applications and remediate security vulnerabilities across applications, infrastructure, and dependencies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends in AI, data engineering, DevSecOps, cloud technologies, and software engineering best practices.

Requirements:

Experience & Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development with strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience developing, automating, and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience building, orchestrating, and automating data pipelines using tools such as Airflow.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Elasticsearch, or similar search and indexing technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD).
• Experience with DevOps, MLOps, application monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Experience using Git and following software development best practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments and across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of application security best practices, dependency management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with scripting and automation using Python and/or Shell.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-native applications and distributed systems.
• Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with AI/ML platforms and Generative AI solutions.
