Decskill, an IT consulting company with over a decade of experience, is growing its team in Portugal. We seek an AI/RPA Developer to design, implement, and test RPA robots, and to deploy GenAI-enabled solutions across diverse client projects.

You will work in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams, applying best practices in CI/CD, Git, and agile methodologies to deliver reliable, high-quality results.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms: Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or UiPath.
• Experience with GenAI, NLP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Proficient in C#/.NET, Python, NoSQL, Angular, and Java.
• Working knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, Git, and Kubernetes.

We are looking for an AI/RPA Developer!

Responsabilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement RPA robots that interact with multiple third-party applications.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI (GenAI) solutions using APIs.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing RPA workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement of software development best practices to ensure reliable, high-quality deliverables.
• Gather, analyze, and understand business requirements and related functional documentation.
• Ensure the reliability and quality of delivered solutions.
• Test, monitor, and evaluate automation and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with one or more leading RPA platforms:
• Blue Prism (highly preferred);
• Automation Anywhere;
• UiPath.
• Experience participating in AI-related projects, including:
• Generative AI (GenAI);
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG);
• Natural Language Processing (NLP);
• Development experience with one or more of the following technologies: C# / .NET; Python; NoSQL databases; Angular; Java.
• Working knowledge of: Agile methodologies; CI/CD tools; Git; Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional team.
• Continuous improvement mindset and attention to quality.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• English: Good verbal and written communication skills (required).
• French: Basic knowledge is a plus.
