Spinnable AI in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a hands-on, customer-facing deployer to own each customer deployment from problem to activation. Coding is not required; you will configure, test, and launch AI workers and guide customers through early activation.

You should be fluent in Portuguese with strong English, comfortable working from our office in Lisbon, and able to turn ambiguous needs into practical, repeatable deployments. At least two years of relevant experience preferred.

• Two+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent in Portuguese and near-native customer-grade English.
• Based in Lisbon and comfortable working from our office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer deployments from problem definition to activation.
• Define deployment scope and set expectations for the rollout.
• Configure Spinnable workers, integrations, context, permissions and review rules.
• Test and troubleshoot the solution before launch.
• Train the customer and guide early activation.
• Turn recurring deployment patterns into reusable templates and provide product feedback.
