TP Portugal is seeking a Tech Lead for Full Stack & AI Automation in Lisbon. You will lead a team of developers, shape architecture, and drive cloud-native solutions using Azure, Kubernetes, and AI tools. A strong emphasis on API-first design and collaboration with Product Owners is required.

You will guide automation workflows and ML/AI integrations, while ensuring high-quality, observable software delivery in an Agile environment. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualificações

• Proven Full Stack development experience with backend and frontend expertise.
• Experience mentoring developers or leading engineering teams.
• Strong grasp of software design principles and architectures.
• Experience with Azure Cloud and cloud-native app development.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n and AI frameworks.
