Talkdesk is seeking a founding AI Deployment Strategist to lead bold AI initiatives for strategic customers in Porto. You will consult with executives, design transformative AI solutions, and deploy agents with hands-on capability, shaping our deployment motion from the ground up.

This role requires ownership, ambiguity tolerance, and a passion for building the next generation of AI-driven customer experiences. Portuguese fluency is essential, with additional language skills a plus.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Portuguese; additional Spanish or French is a plus.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing, technical role (solutions engineering, consulting, customer success, or product management).
• Strong aptitude with AI agents, LLMs and related frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and translate technical concepts to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end AI deployment engagements from discovery to value realization.
• Act as primary technical advisor and consultant for strategic customers.
• Design, build and iterate AI agents within customer workflows.
• Develop deployment playbooks, best practices and scalable processes.
• Identify high-impact use cases and demonstrate business value.
• Provide customer voice to product and engineering teams.
