Cross Border Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to join our team in Lisbon. You will provide professional support to consumers and business users across multiple channels, focusing on troubleshooting and delivering an outstanding user experience.

Relocation is supported; comprehensive training will be provided as part of a 15‑day program covering software tools, client products, and customer management.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and billing issues.
• Willingness to work in rotating 24/7 shifts.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and innovative tech solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with billing, invoicing, and account access issues.
• Guide, support, and train users on the AI platform and products.
• Investigate and troubleshoot user inquiries across digital support channels.
