You will apply strong project management discipline and IT know-how to translate business needs into actionable specs for AI/ML and data science initiatives.

In this role you will collaborate with developers and data teams, manage client expectations, and present project updates to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven IT environment experience; solid understanding of APIs and databases.
• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, NLU, and RAG.
• Excellent communication to bridge business and technical teams.
• French: Excellent spoken and written; English: Full professional proficiency.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with an IT background and is comfortable engaging with modern AI concepts, including Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLU, and RAG, to bridge business needs and data science teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead and coordinate project lifecycles from conception through to successful deployment.
• Write clear, detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, configure workflows, and structure Epics and tasks in JIRA.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Apply strong, structured project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.

Business & Technical Analysis

• Leverage your IT background to collaborate closely with developers and data science teams.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical feasibility.
• Develop a good understanding of Machine Learning and Large Language Model (LLM) concepts and their practical applications in business environments.
• Work with data science and AI teams to understand AI/ML solutions and translate business requirements into actionable use cases.

Client Relationship & Communication

• Act as the primary liaison between business clients and technical development teams.
• Present project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations proactively and build strong, trust-based relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

IT & Technical Background

• Proven professional experience working in IT environments.
• Solid understanding of software development, APIs, and database structures.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning Knowledge

• Good conceptual understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Good conceptual understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and data science teams.
• Ability to understand AI/ML use cases and communicate their business value to clients and stakeholders.

Communication & Client Management

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear business language, and vice versa.
• Strong adaptability to navigate deadlines, shifting priorities, and problem-solving scenarios.

Language Skills

• French: Excellent spoken and written French is mandatory for daily direct client interactions.
• English: Full professional proficiency, as English is the working language for global teams and technical documentation.
