Inetum is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. You will gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements with stakeholders, and produce functional/technical specifications, user stories, and related documentation.

You will support story mapping, define acceptance criteria, validate requirements, and create test documentation to ensure solution quality. A hybrid work setup is available, with ongoing data analysis and system integration work.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in requirements analysis, functional specs, user stories, story mapping and test documentation.
• Ability to produce both functional and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Good knowledge of SQL queries, database structures and data models.
• Solid understanding of technical architectures and system integrations.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with application parameterization and configuration.
• Fluent in English (B2/C1).
