Job summary

Inoweiser is seeking an experienced AI-enabled developer to design, build, and deliver AI-powered solutions using Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with clients to translate requirements into technical architectures and help deliver AI projects from concept to implementation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, and Azure AI Foundry, mentoring junior colleagues, and active participation in workshops and training, within a hybrid Lisbon-based setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT, Data, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, Azure AI Foundry, or similar Microsoft AI technologies.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Informatics, Data Science, or related areas.
• Strong learning mindset and passion for emerging AI technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously and interact directly with clients.
• Interest in mentoring and supporting the growth of junior colleagues.
• Potential to evolve into delivering formal technical training and enablement sessions.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model based in Lisbon

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Work with Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, and Azure AI Foundry to build innovative business solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support the delivery of AI projects from concept to implementation.
• Contribute to the development of proof of concepts, demos, and technical accelerators.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members and fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
• Participate in technical workshops, enablement sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams in an agile and collaborative environment.
