Job summary

Flix is seeking a Process Intelligence & Automation Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end automated processes on the Celonis platform, resolving real customer cases without human intervention for millions of passengers.

You will translate business requirements into data models, pipelines, and automations, own production in the role, and collaborate with business users, data analysts, and IT engineers in a hybrid capacity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production automations on process orchestration platforms.
• Experience shipping solutions at scale (transactions >1M annually).
• Solid data fundamentals: SQL and data modelling basics.
• Understanding CRM, ticketing, order management, and ERP data structures.
• Hybrid profile with business-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify source-system tables and fields for Celonis; build ETL and data models for CS processes.
• Design, build, and operate automations on Celonis (Action Flows, Process Orchestrator) with API calls to backend systems.
• Ensure reliability with error handling, monitoring, and safe rollouts.
• Take over data models and automation logic from external partners and extend in-house.
• Collaborate daily with business users, data analysts, and IT engineers.
• Document all technical and data requirements to COE standards.
