SIXT is seeking a hands-on engineer to own data-science agents end-to-end, from prompts and orchestration graphs to deployment in production on AWS Bedrock using LangGraph and LangChain. You will craft tool-calling agents and ensure real transactions are supported with robust monitoring.

Qualificações

• You're an engineer first with hands-on software engineering, real production ownership, excellent Python skills, and solid AWS cloud experience.
• You have built tool-calling agents with LangGraph/LangChain or equivalent frameworks and shipped them to actual users rather than notebooks.
• You're hands-on with frontier and open models like Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and open-source models such as Llama, with a clear point of view on when to use which, and treat prompt engineering as an engineering discipline.
• You know and have applied LLMOps: tracing, evals, guardrails, token and latency budgets, CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Own agents end to end: prompt, orchestration graph, tools, evals, deployment, dashboard.
• Write the agent logic and monitor traces in production.
• Translate business problems into agent capabilities with stakeholders to define tool calls and sub-agents.
• Build for real transactions with step-up authentication, guardrails, idempotent case handling, handover into Salesforce and Genesys.
