You will troubleshoot technical issues, educate advertisers on platform policies and self-serve tools, and help optimize campaigns while maintaining strong QA/CSAT adherence in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotating shift environment.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to troubleshoot technical workflows and diagnose multi-layered account issues.
• Strong empathetic communication for high-volume, multi-channel support (Email, Chat, Phone).
• Flexibility to work within a 24/7 rotating shift model (schedules released 10 days in advance).
• Interest in AI applications and digital advertising trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide omnichannel customer support via email, chat, and phone for ad accounts, billing, campaign delivery, and platform features.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues affecting ad creation, delivery, policy guidelines, and access.
• Educate advertisers on platform policies, optimizations, and self-serve tools.
• Manage cases and escalations, document issues, and escalate high-tier challenges to product teams.
• Strive to meet QA and CSAT benchmarks.
