Nimber is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to drive organizational agility, accelerate delivery velocity, and shape a culture of continuous improvement. You will coach leadership, guide cross-functional product teams, and refine our Agile framework across multiple squads in a hybrid Oporto setting.

The role requires deep expertise in scaling methodologies, systemic problem-solving, and a proven track record of elevating product quality.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach in mid-to-large tech organizations.
• Advanced certifications such as SAFe SPC, ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP, CSM/AASE or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, XP and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify).

Responsabilidades

• Define, implement, and evolve Agile and Lean practices across product, engineering, and business units.
• Coach executives, product managers, and development teams on Agile principles and self-organization.
• Identify bottlenecks in delivery and improve flow to increase predictability.
• Establish and report on agility metrics to drive coaching interventions.
• Standardize and scale Agile practices across multiple teams and release plans.
• Design and deliver structured workshops and mentorship for Scrum Masters and Product Owners.

Position: Agile Coach

Location: Oporto - Hybrid

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Agile Coach to drive organizational agility, optimize delivery workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
In this role, the candidat will operate at both the strategic and tactical levels—coaching leadership, guiding cross-functional product teams, and refining our overall Agile framework. the consultant must possess deep expertise in scaling methodologies, systemic problem-solving, and have a proven track record of accelerating delivery velocity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizational Transformation: Define, implement, and evolve Agile and Lean practices across product, engineering, and business units.
• Leadership & Team Coaching: Coach executives, product managers, and development teams on Agile principles, collaborative product ownership, and self-organization.
• Workflow Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks in the delivery pipeline and implement strategies to improve flow, reduce waste, and increase predictable output.
• Metrics & Governance: Establish, track, and report on key agility and delivery metrics (e.g., Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and Cumulative Flow) to prove business value and direct future coaching interventions.
• Scaling Frameworks: Standardize and scale Agile practices across multiple interconnected teams, ensuring alignment on dependencies and release plans.
• Training & Mentorship: Design and deliver structured workshops, training programs, and mentorship paths for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members.

Requirements:

• Track Record: Minimum of 5+ years of experience acting as an dedicated Agile Coach inside mid-to-large-scale technology organizations.
• Certifications: Advanced certifications such as SPC (SAFe Program Consultant), ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP, CSM/AASE, or equivalent professional credentials.
• Framework Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, XP (Extreme Programming), and Scaling Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model).
