• Must have 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic platforms.
• Experience with MCP-based tooling and integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Coach engineering teams on AI-assisted and agentic development practices.
• Drive adoption of AI tooling, automation, and agent orchestration across SDLC.
• Build prototypes and reusable accelerators for agentic engineering.
• Promote best practices in prompting, validation, and testing of AI outputs.
• Help measure impact of AI adoption on delivery and quality metrics.
• Contribute to engineering standards and AI-enabled software development.
