Ams Osram is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications that drive measurable business value. You will architect scalable AI solutions, implement agents, and integrate with enterprise systems using Azure AI services and modern software practices.

Applicants should have 3+ years in AI or software roles, strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and API integrations, plus proficiency in Python or TypeScript and English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in software development, AI solution development, or related technical roles and experience in delivering Generative AI or LLM-based solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, semantic search, and AI application architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or comparable AI platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for AI application development and integration.
• Experience integrating solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar low-code/no-code AI development environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement AI agents and other generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision
• Build end-to-end workflows to enable business actions (e.g., approvals, system updates, notifications)
• Integrate solutions with Azure OpenAI, enterprise systems (SAP, APIs, M365)
• Design and optimize prompting strategies and RAG-based knowledge solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, AI architects, and developers
• Architect and advise on scalable, future-proof AI solutions tailored to business needs
• Create best practices, enablement materials, and usage guidelines for AI
• Consult & train other departments on Microsoft Copilot Studio

Agentic AI Engineer (d/m/f) designs, builds, and deploys AI-powered applications, copilots, and intelligent agents that create measurable business value. The role combines expertise in Generative AI, enterprise integrations, and modern software engineering to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative AI solutions across the enterprise:

• Design and implement AI agents and other generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision
