A1 em Portugal está buscando um engenheiro(a) de plataforma de IA para desenvolver componentes de IA, incluindo agentes e serviços de orquestração, com foco em backend escalável usando Java e/ou Python. Você criará REST APIs, integrações com sistemas empresariais e pipelines LLM/RAG, trabalhando com Kafka, Docker e frameworks de IA.

Colabore com equipes multidisciplinares para melhorar CI/CD, testes e observabilidade.

Qualificações

• Experiência com Java e Python.
• Desenvolvimento de APIs backend e sistemas distribuídos.
• Conhecimento de APIs REST, processamento assíncrono e arquitetura orientada a eventos.
• Experiência com Kafka, CI/CD, Git e containers.

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver componentes de plataforma de IA, incluindo agentes, servidores MCP e serviços de orquestração.
• Construir serviços backend escaláveis usando Java e/ou Python.
• Desenvolver REST APIs, serviços orientados a eventos e integrações com sistemas empresariais.
• Integrar LLMs, pipelines RAG, bases de dados vetoriais e frameworks de orquestração de IA.
• Projetar soluções de IA seguras e escaláveis seguindo boas práticas de engenharia.
• Colaborar com PMs, arquitetos, engenheiros de IA, UX e equipes de Plataforma.
• Contribuir para CI/CD, testes automatizados, observabilidade e melhorias contínuas.

Descrição do cargo

• Develop AI platform components, including AI Agents, MCP Servers, and orchestration services.
• Build scalable backend services using Java and / or Python.
• Develop REST APIs, event-driven services, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks into business workflows.
• Design secure and scalable AI solutions following modern engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, AI Engineers, UX Specialists, and Platform teams.
• Contribute to CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and continuous platform improvements.

Required Skills

• Experience with Java and ideally Python.
• Experience developing backend APIs and distributed systems.
• Good understanding of :

• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
