We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Developer to design and build backend infrastructures supporting a suite of AI-powered assistants (helpdesk, HR, and back-office solutions). This role combines strong backend engineering expertise with hands‑on experience in AI integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (FastAPI).
• Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs to support AI-driven applications.
• Integrate AI functionalities using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Ensure secure data handling and efficient database management (PostgreSQL).
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to deliver seamless AI-powered user experiences.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and backend best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python (FastAPI preferred).
• Strong experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Git, and modern development workflows.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Experience working with AI integration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Have
