• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar (preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of development experience.
• Strong command of Python.
• Experience with Airflow (data pipeline orchestration).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with RAG architectures.
• Collaborative mindset, rigor, and adaptability in agile, international environments.
• Fluent English (the technical interview will be conducted in English).

We are looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer to join an international project in the financial sector, focused on evolving a Conversational AI platform (RAG). The AI architecture and models are already built — the main challenge is developing the integrations between the AI models and the cloud platforms where they are deployed.

Main tasks to be developed:

• Develop integrations between AI models (RAG) and cloud platforms;
• Contribute to the evolution and scalability of the Conversational AI platform;
• Develop and orchestrate data pipelines (Airflow);
• Work in a containerized and orchestrated environment (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Implement and optimize data search and indexing solutions (Elasticsearch);
• Collaborate with cross-functional, agile teams (DevOps, Data, Security);
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies within the squad.
