act digital in Lisbon is seeking a Backend AI Platform Engineer to develop AI platform components, including AI Agents and MCP Servers, and to design scalable backend services.

You will integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to CI/CD, testing, and observability to continuously improve the platform.

Qualificações

• Experience with Java and Python.
• Experience developing backend APIs and distributed systems.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git workflows, automated testing, and containerization.
