Working in a fast-paced team, you will handle communications and escalate issues as needed while maintaining performance metrics and accuracy in every step. Compensation ranges €36,000–€45,000 per year with hybrid onsite work.

Responsabilidades

• Set up new orders by adhering to standard work practices and client SOPs
• Provide proactive customer updates and manage deviations to meet delivery times
• Update airway bills and source driver coverage as needed
• Handle inbound and outbound communications (email, phone, text) with customers and partners
• Maintain performance metrics for an entry level OSI role
