Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking an Advertising Platform Customer Support Representative to assist advertisers with accounts, payments, access and platform features. You will troubleshoot ad creation, delivery and billing issues, and help with policy guidance while ensuring high-quality service.

This onsite position requires fluent English and interest in AI applications to improve customer outcomes.

Qualificações

• English language proficiency required.
• Interest or experience in AI applications is a plus.

Base Salary €938.00

Total Package €1 248.33 inclusive (Holiday allowance €78.17, Christmas allowance €78.17, Meal allowance € 154.00 (€7 per day)
