Job summary

Boeva Tech in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Customer Success/Support specialist focused on paid campaigns and advertiser experience. You will become a trusted advisor, resolve product issues, and help advertisers optimize campaigns using advanced AdTech solutions.

You will work in a fast-paced international environment, collaborating with Product Operations and Engineering to resolve tickets, share best practices, and improve overall CSAT.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in paid campaign management.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech environment.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and a solid understanding of digital advertising fundamentals.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role from day one in identifying initiatives to improve service quality and advertiser experience.
• Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and B2B customer support cases across email and chat channels.
• Own customer queries and drive resolution by collaborating closely with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams.
• Support advertisers with generic, technical, and product-related issues.
• Drive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring service quality throughout the full case journey.
• Provide clear and timely updates across all customer touchpoints.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining best-in-class productivity.
• Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features, common issue types, and best practices for digital advertising success.
