Key Responsibilities:

Support availability, risk mitigating actions via PO management. Responsible for communication relevant Liaison Office (LO) to ensure optimized use of capacity, understand supply constraints, delivery performance development and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place Process ownership;
responsible for documentation, testing and enhancement of a specific business process.

Support implementation of projects within area of responsibility andcontribute to system & process improvements, aligning and prioritizing cross divisionally/cross brand where possible to enhance operational efficiency Daily activities in ticketing tools to ensure markets and factories support and Order Management actions are taken.

Ensure good relationships with key stakeholdersand the global functional Team Handle escalations by providing support in resolution of complaints and issues, as needed Identify and assess problems and provide potential solutions Ensure data quality and integrity across various systems and toolsand performquality check on the work output of the team Perform or ensure day-to-day and period end processing responsibilities are completed in accordance with internal standards

Liaison Offices (LO's) Market SCM Planning Services & BPM GPS Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Service-minded and consumer/customer oriented Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems Team player and effective collaborator Ability to communicate effectively Good knowledge of MS Office (advance MS Excel skills) and SAP Fluent in English, additional language is a plus Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems.
