Job summary

Adidas seeks a Sr Specialist GPS Product Supply Interface to enable better availability and cost management. You will build dashboards, translate commercial needs into analytics, and automate workflows across supply chain teams.

The role partners with Market and Global teams to provide actionable insights using Power BI, SQL, and Excel. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a related field and 3+ years in analytics or supply chain roles, preferably in apparel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business analytics, information systems or related field.
• 3+ years in analytics, BI or supply chain roles; cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Experience delivering analytical solutions that improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and analytical solutions for availability, inventory performance, and KPIs.
• Translate business needs into supply chain analytics and actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and streamline workflows.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate into scalable solutions.
• Serve as analytics partner for supply chain and business teams.
• Support projects and act as backup for the Team Leader.

Sr Specialist GPS Product Supply Interface - Enabling team (Temporary)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Enable the team to, together with market and global teams, secure the best availability for the business within the given cost constraints efficiently and effectively by delivering automation, decision-support tools and process improvement.

Act as a strategic partner to operational team by transforming data into actionable insights, improving process visibility, and developing scalable solutions using tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, as well as other analytical solutions, to provide visibility into availability, inventory performance, and operational KPIs.
• Translatecommercial needs related to availability and inventory into supply chain requirements/ solutions with analytical frameworks and insights that support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.
• Act as a key analytics partner for supply chain, planning, and business teams.
• Project support:implementation of a project/ pilotwithin area of responsibility
• Acting as the backup for the Team Leader

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, data analytics, information systems, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or supply chain management roles preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries.
• Experience working with cross-functional operational teams and delivering analytical solutions that improve performance.
