Danone Portugal is seeking a Category & Shopper Support professional for a 12-month temporary contract in Lisbon to drive shopper activation initiatives across Pharma and Parapharmacy channels and to support our commercial objectives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Trade teams, ensure POS materials are ready, monitor KPIs, build relationships with pharmacy groups, and act as a reliable point of contact for field teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of professional experience in Category Management.
• Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, proactive and results-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate activation plans across Pharma, Pharmacy Groups, and Parapharmacy channels.
• Ensure POS materials availability and support allocation of field resources.
• Monitor and consolidate KPIs related to field force activities and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmacy groups and parapharmacy chains.
• Act as a key contact for field teams to maximise POS execution and activation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Trade teams.
