Danone Lisbon is seeking a Category & Shopper Support professional for a 12-month temporary contract to drive shopper and activation initiatives across Pharma and Parapharmacy channels, ensuring operational excellence and supporting commercial objectives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Trade, coordinate activation plans, ensure POS materials availability, and monitor KPIs related to field force activities.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of professional experience in Category Management.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish a plus.

We are looking for a Category & Shopper Support (12-month temporary contract) to drive the successful execution of shopper and activation initiatives across the Pharma and Parapharmacy channels, ensuring operational excellence and supporting the achievement of our commercial objectives.

Key Responsabilities:

• Coordinate and ensure the successful execution of activation plans across Pharma, Pharmacy Groups, and Parapharmacy channels, guaranteeing alignment and timely deployment.
• Drive the implementation of cycle priorities by ensuring the availability of point-of-sale (POS) materials and supporting the allocation and execution of field force resources.
• Monitor, collect, and consolidate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to field force activities, including Sales Representatives and Sell-Out Activators, as well as global performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy groups and parapharmacy chains, ensuring the effective deployment of strategic initiatives, campaigns, and projects.
• Act as a key point of contact for field teams, providing support and guidance to maximize excellence in POS execution and activation implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Trade teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and successful execution of commercial plans.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of professional experience related to Category Management.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in commercial, marketing, and customer-focused environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
