Danone Lisbon is seeking a Category & Shopper Support professional for a 12-month temporary contract to drive shopper and activation initiatives across Pharma and Parapharmacy channels, ensuring operational excellence and supporting commercial objectives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Trade, coordinate activation plans, ensure POS materials availability, and monitor KPIs related to field force activities.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of professional experience in Category Management.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate activation plans across Pharma, Pharmacy Groups, and Parapharmacy channels.
• Ensure POS materials availability and allocate field resources.
• Monitor KPIs related to field force activities and performance.
• Build relationships with pharmacy groups and parapharmacy chains.
• Support field teams to maximize POS execution and activation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Trade teams for alignment.
