Danone in Lisbon seeks an aspiring Operations/Supply Chain professional to join as a Planner focused on S&OP, availability, and KPI monitoring. This role offers exposure to fast-paced FMCG environments and opportunities to grow into Demand Planning.

You will interface with market and centralized planning teams, drive service levels, and mitigate supply risks, while contributing to digital transformation projects and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Experience in Supply Chain Planning and inventory management.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure product availability and customer service level.
• Lead weekly Market S&OE process aligning Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Service.
• Identify and mitigate supply, inventory and service risks.
• Coordinate allocation processes and capacity constraint management.
• Monitor mitigation plans for write-offs, obsolescence and finished product waste.
• Ensure readiness for launches and portfolio changes.
• Lead resolution of critical supply situations with stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation projects across the Supply Chain.
• Support identification and mitigation of short-term planning issues.
• Contribute to planning decisions and long-term supply chain optimization initiatives.
